I'm 15, stared going about 8 months ago.
Done my first Muscle up about 4months ago which was a good achievement for me.

I just go to the gym to do cardio. 3 times a week, and i play for a football team as well to keep fit.

I lift about 5 times a week, I'm on the football team for my high school so I have too unless I wanna get cracked in half on the field lol.

Only sport I play is Basketball not really a football player but I work out cause its a stress reliever and I enjoy being fit and find it a better lifestyle. I don't have a schedule I just go in the evenings.
