TOTS Bolasie would be better IMO. But that's only because Hazard has been shit for me.

I went on and get TOTS Bolasie and if someone has a BPL team I HIGHLY SUGGEST GETTING HIM. His finishing stat isn't that good, but you barely feel it. He can do it all from dribbling, running, pushing players, and scoring. Get him if you can!!

I have tried both and definitely TOTS Bolasie. Good strength and that 5* skills is just amazing
