Lately I've been back playing some good ole mw3, I can deal with the invisible people and people with god mode because frankly I think it is kind of funny, but what really grinds my gears is the amount of wannabe "hackers" using Cain & able to sniff out people's IP address's mid game and use there little booter to overload routers with what they call "packets"

Exactly my point, until this week neither have I, you do good in a game of SnD on Mw3 and they accuse you of using God mode or aim bot so they go and get there moms laptop and boot you, I'm just trying to enjoy the game .

never been "booted" before in my life, if I find out someone is a "hacker" I just befriend them so all possibilities of them messing up my shit is completely gone.

Sorry, but this gave me a sensible chuckle. A "packet" is very real word to describe a unit of data, whether being sent (or in this case) received. I'm not sure if you mean't to single that word out as hacker jargon, but it's a real word and that is a key element involved in booting people offline.
Back to the topic: I haven't been hit off since MW2 / Black Ops days, thankfully. I don't know if I'm lucky with who I get paired with, or certain games attract more malicious gamers than others. It is annoying when it happens to you, but there really isn't anything (realistic) you can do about it.

Lol they use Cain and Abel after watching a YouTube vid then they download some shitty little skid booter for free and are suddenly part of anonymous.

I hate this too.. That's why when I used to do it I used shells. And I didn't even think about using cain & able.
