I know this is a weird thing to put on a gaming website (kinda), but I was wondering what your favorite protein supplement is for pre and post workout fuel. I personally like Jay Robb's Whey protein. It is all natural, and the cows are grass fed. It tastes really good (I've only had the chocolate) and is sugar free. It has less than 1 gram of fat too. 25 grams of protein per scoop, which goes with 12 oz of any liquid. I use milk that has 1g protein for every ounce, so it's very good to use with milk. Lots of tasty muscle-building goodness. Anyways, are there any brands you guy's recommend?

I actually went out and bought some today.
How much protein is in a scoop? I couldn't seem to find any protein facts on the label lol.
It is 50 grams of protein per scoop.

That's a lot for only 6-8 oz of liquid. Interesting. I may look into it. Thanks for the info though.

i thought Met-rx tasted decent now i have theproteinlab which i now use, for a pre workout definitely use grenade it works but tastes disgusting
