So I was invited to the preview program two days ago by a numerous amount of people, at least more than 3, around 5, and I was so hyped today, checking my messages every few hours because I thought for sure I was getting in, and I finally got two messages and at last, they were from Xbox. As I went to go open them I cried as I saw it was just two Gears of War beta codes. (I went ahead and redeemed them both, they had different titles when I redeemed them but I only got one download.) I am wondering why I got this and why I am not getting a preview invite? Are the preview invites guaranteed, if not how long would it take?

No the preview invites are not guaranteed. Once someone invites you, Microsoft then have to accept you before you will get the message! They don't accept everyone.

I have heard from a good source that they are only accepting people based on certain criteria. It's not hard criteria, but there are some. Whether or not this is true, I don't know. It sounded true though.

19 hours after I got the GoW beta code I got the Preview Program invite. There might still be hope ^.^

Completionist wrote 19 hours after I got the GoW beta code I got the Preview Program invite. There might still be hope ^.^
It's been 20 hours since I got the GoW code, wish me luck.
