do the credit card method, use NETELLER virtual cc and search on ttg free 1 month xbox live gold and follow the instructions. I use it for when i get banned. WORKS 100%

I don't know if this still works but a lot of people get the one month of gold then remove there card and it doesn't charge them.

Use bing rewards for free xbox live. I've been getting my live from there for months. It only works in the US though sadly. If you want more info pm me and I can help you out.

You could just make a new account and get the free trial and then remove your credit card once it's about to expire.
