So recently I've been thinking of switching and building my own pc (built one before a few years ago so I know the ropes there). I'm more interested to find out stuff about the games themselves.

I love single player games, but I also like multiplayer games (such as BF and Cod). What is the multiplayer community like on COD (or any big multiplayer games like that)? Is finding a game easy any time of the year, or not?

Also, I have a scuf controller, would there be any point in keeping it to use on games? Or is using a mouse and keyboard much better?

Well on the Call of Duty community, you meet more people on consoles due to microphones but on PC a lot of people just text in game.

It is not that badly modded from my experience (I play MW2 on it) and no more than consoles.

Once you see the graphics comparison you will never go back.

Good luck

CoD still sees decent level of play, but you'll struggle to get competetive play as the PC FPS player base is really focused on CS. You'll want to pick it up (very cheap), buy yourself a decent M+K (don't listen to people telling you go get super-expensive gear, you don't need it).

I'd only use the control for racing games or perhaps sports games. RPG's can be good too.

I would definitely use a mouse and keyboard over a controller in most PC games. Not sure if budget is an issue, but you can get some pretty cheap mouse and keyboard deals like [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . And I've never really had a major issue with hackers or anything, just the usual hacker every now and then in CS:GO.
