Over the last three COD's, I have noticed that in the past, Activison, Treyarch, and Xbox all point the finger at each other when you bring up an issue. There have been no real attempts to stop hacking, modding, over-using and mis-using explosives, and playing unsportsmanlike, camping, getting hit markers, etc. Here are some ideas that can clear some of these problems up for good.

~HACKING~
In the US, changing computer code is against the law, which defines hackers. Whoever's responsibility it is, since they all point fingers, should be not only banning, but prosecuting every person who changes code. Expensive? Not really...you'll only have to call the FBI and let the legal system do it's job. I AM NOT AGAINST MODDING BUT SOME PEOPLE ARE SO THATS WHY THIS IS HERE

~TUBES AND LAUNCHERS~
Whenever there are explosive devices, they will be abused by players with a lack of sportsmanship. The remedy? After challenges are completed, the explosives should disappear til the next prestige.

~SPORTSMANSHIP~
A process should be added to XBox Live to not only report, but there should be disciplinary actions against the kids who sit around in domination to get kills or just aren't playing the game, beyond just adding as an avoided player...as of late, I would be avoiding 99% of the people online.

~CAMPING~
Guns should jam if you camp for more than 10,15,20 seconds. Realistic, and useful.

~ONLINE LAG~
No idea on how to clear this up, but thats not my job. The gun should hit a person if the reticle is on them 100% of the time. This is up to the programmers and I have to say, I've been very unimpressed with the quality of gameplay. Seems to me, should be a problem that gets cleared up before games are released, not ignored.

Also, Activison, which is unreachable by any conventional means, has no customer service, and don't take complaints, should do their jobs better as well. I have been spawned TODAY into: 5 matches that were over, 6 that had players I avoided, was dropped from 4 for stupid errors...what are we paying for these services for again, and how are they in business without listing a number for complaints?

You obviously have no idea how real warfare works.

Your gun doesn't jam if you don't move for more than 20 seconds.

Bullets don't always hit a person just because your sights are on them. You have to take distance wind and the Coriolis effect into account.. Infact devs have actually done a very good job incorperating this stuff into games..

And of course you have to remember that no gun is 100% accurate all the time.

Campers will always camp it is there style of play
Modders will mod its fun and you make money
KIds will play dom for kills you cant stop that
All of these actions would cause absolute chaos
