Every other quest I do the NPC that I need to talk to is not there. It shows his name and that I can press "A" to talk to him but the character itself is not there, I also can't press a to talk to them. Its really annoying because I can get half way thru a quest and this always happens

From ESO Customer Service

Greetings,

Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited team. We understand that some of the NPCs in the lands of Tamriel are not displaying properly. If you are experiencing this, we recommend fully logging out of your game and power cycling your Xbox One.

To power cycle your Xbox One:
1.Go to the Home screen.
2.Press the Menu button on the controller.
3.Select Settings.
4.Go to Power & startup.
5.Select Turn Xbox Off.
6.Select Yes. The console powers down.
7.Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

When you log back into your game the NPCs should now be visible. If this does not resolve your issue, please feel free to contact us back so we can troubleshoot further.

Warm Regards,
The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited Team

It's most probably due to the high demand of a lot of people playing atm
