Let's put this in physical terms. Look at your relationship as duct tape holding your tire on. It does not work when you go down the road, right? So why would you re-duct tape it?

Why do things twice when it didn't work once? Move on, find a new one. I assume you are pretty young, so what are the chances this is "the one". Pretty small.
