Hi, sorry I had no idea charging was allowed on the site I'm very sorry.
Rayquaza is shiny locked in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, along with Groudon, Kyogre, and Deoxys. I am able to get a shiny Rayquaza, but it would not have the blue pentagon because it would be native to another game (Heart Gold, Soul Silver, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald). And I'm sorry it really should have been a day I have real life priorities that I need to take care of as well, it probably would not be as long as 3 days.
As for Celebi, there have been many events where a Celebi has been given away (Winter 2011 Celebi, Pokebank Celebi, etc). The only problem is that it's shiny locked.
