Help can't sign in to psn

So I updated to 4.75 and I was connect for 1 minute then got logged out and every time I try to log in it gives me an error the error code is 80710092 so I typed it online and it tells me it's my Internet but I'm on my Internet and when I go to test connection the ip and Internet access is successful but psn fails can anyone help me

It must be a corrupt Update was it from sony or downloaded?

Well when I went to sign in it failed and a update popped up so I went to install and update it so I would say Sony

I'm not a cfw I'm on 4.75 but can't sign in I know it's not my Internet because when I test connection it say ip successful Internet successful but psn failed and I even went to Internet browser just to make sure and I can use it for that too but still can't sign in

Go to Settings > Internet Settings. Scroll down to Media server settings and disable it. This will solve your issue.
