Well every night i want to sleep so i go to bed and then get back up really hyper!

my problem is i sleep during the day and do stuff at night, is there anything that can help me (SWEAR TO ALLAH IF SOMEONE SAYS COFFEE I AM GOING TO KICK A DINOSAUR)

well i would take a melatonin a few hours before bed(you can pick it up at walmart)or drink gamma once in the morning to stay awake.

If you are having problems staying asleep Melatonin will help. Sometimes if Im having trouble sleeping I'll take a few Advil PM.

Stop sleeping during the day. Point blank simple.

Stop sleeping during the day. Workout or do some activity that will make you tired so you sleep easier at night.

I feel your problem, I sleep 5 to 5 1/2 hours a night. I just take 30 minute naps at lunch to get a boost of energy.

i think we have other sleeping things in ireland but i am not comfortable of taking substances for sleeping matters (e.g sleeping pills/liquids)

and i dont drink gamma! i drink Monster & Red bull mixed together! (i know im weird)

Stop drinking so many energy drinks. Obvious reason why you can't sleep.

edit: well then just try to not sleep during the day i know its hard during the school year i try not to but i usually fall asleep on the couch afterschool then wouldnt be able to sleep until like 1.

havent had any this past month been doing enterprise for school and stuff!
