I keep my rig on my desk as well, PC all the way to the right and my monitor in the middle, still have more than enough room for another two monitors, and a bunch of crap. PS, putting your PC on your desk is a good idea, less dust and shit that way. Although, Alexyy is right, dust is a bitch on black desks. I have to wipe mine once or twice a day, and I still can't get it all so once a week, I like to take everything off of my desk to give it a good clean.

Probably gonna put my monitors un angled in the middle, PC on the right, consoles on there, my Corsair Stereo Set, and my Headset holders

Not at all, it's a great size. I can't tell you if it's too big for your room though, you need to do those measurements yourself, obviously.

Good luck on your desk, I would go with Ikea as well.
