I did the raid about 2 times but I keep getting like level 35 enemies and it doesn't say I've gained an op level in level 72 btw. Thanks for any help

Go to the main menu and select change character then select the one you did digistruct peak on and it will ask for what op level you want to play on. Also the reason your getting level 35 enemies is because you're on normal mode.
