I know I have to get professional assignment 1 done which I do. And for professional assignment 2 I have 3 out of the 5 camera coins. Once I get 2 more coins am I done? If you want to help me out on Xbox one as well me gamertag is "Communists"

Yes for the professional assignment you only need 2 more camera coins. Just incase you are unsure camera coins are collected when your camera gets you 10 intel assists (basically your team needs to kill 10 people your camera has spotted). Assassinating people from behind and interrogating them will also get you intel assists because the enemy team appears on the map.
After you have done the professional assignment 2, the last professional syndicate assignment requires you to get 15 camera coins but don't worry about that until you have completed the professional assignment 2.
The fastest way i got my camera coins was on 64 player Team death match on Riptide. I was getting 2 camera coins per game. Look on Youtube type something in like Battlefield Hardline easy camera coins and use any of the tricks they use.
