Mount Vernon, OH A Knox County deputy is now being investigated after he fatally assaulted 33-year old David Dehmann on April 21. Dehmann was autistic and had Tourettes Syndrome, and this was well-known by the local law enforcement.
The video clearly shows the guy as harmless, playful, and all but 1 officer seem to react the same way. He talks with his hands, pats an officer on the shoulder, and even tries for a hug to thank the officer for removing cuffs. But one officer stays stiff, yanking papers from the counter, and then waiting just at the edge of the camera for his chance to vent. He attacks the mentally ill man and hits his hand. When the man reacts to the situation the officer escalated... he slams his head to the ground... killing him.
You cannot see much except for the man being slammed down, if you don't want to watch Spoiler is there.

This is not to be a "Cops are shit" thread. Let's only talk about what THIS ONE officer did.

It really did look like that officer over reacted, almost like he was waiting for that to happen.
I hope he gets the full punishment that he should, what he did was unjustifiable and completely unnecessary.

Some cops just use their function to alter their aggression.. I hate those cops. For these cops who kill someone there should be a nice 15 years in prison..
