From what I watched, your aim is ok. Just be sure to master using guns like the AK-47, M4's, and the AWP mainly because those of the bread and butter of CS:GO really. Don't EVER buy on second round especially if you lose the first round. This will ruin your eco and lead to team failure when facing the other team with better guns than you. Also, when watching mid, lurk for a bit while quick-peeking mid to see if there is a cat rush occurring, then go out to catch the T's off-guard while in tuns. Just some friendly tips, right now I am currently Gold Nova Master with 106 wins an 207 hours in-case your wondering.

I am going to put a list of things here which I spot as I go along then analyze it at the end:

Force-bought a shotgun on the second round as team bought pistols and nades instead of ecoing
Didn't walk into B Tunnels allowing them to hear you coming, ruining a chance of a double
Repeatedly going middle without smoking it
Only using shotguns, you are limiting yourself massively

There would be more but I stopped watching in all honesty, I have seen enough. You need to learn to use rifles properly, need to learn how to effectively use smoke grenades and the proper buy order of grenades (Smoke > Fire > Flash) and you also need to simply learn game sense. That video all I was seeing was repeated tactics only using a flash which any good player would predict after the second time and easily kill you. You run around making footsteps louder than Megatron and simply use luck to get kills with the shotgun. For example, on the third round you got a double kill with your shotgun in B Tunnels, this is not going to happen against decent players. At all. You missed so many shots that if they were anywhere half decent you would have been dead instantly and you rushed mid without smoking it so if that guy middle was half decent he would have called that you are going lower tunnels and they would wait for you.

In that scenario if you had of had an M4 and a single smoke you could have smoked middle, slowly walked into lower, picked off one then fell back to middle and from mid to B to defend site. That gives your team a huge advantage as it is now a 5 v 4 and they have to get the bomb down using only 4 players. Counter Strike is a game of tactics, as a T side you need to be coordinated in your site takes, all moving in at the same time, using grenades to hold choke points etc. As CTs your job is the opposite, you have to hold sites for the 2 minutes and deny that bomb plant, that being said ramboing into B Tuns and killing two and dying may seem good but in reality you are making it the exact same as if you had of picked one and fell back, as you died in the process. CS is not a game for kills, it is for picks and game sense. A player going 3 kills to 0 deaths and having great smokes, flashes and fires to help defend sites is doing better than the player who rushes long with a p90 to get a lucky kill or two before he dies. You have to work with your team at all times which you are not doing in that video.

In short from watching about 1/4 of the video it is clear you have a lot to learn about how the game works before you get out of silver, but I highly recommend you learn it now before you get stuck in silver hell.

Hey man, don't worry. That's how I was when I first started the game. Now I'm at Gold Nova I and I only have 27 Competitive Wins.
