I did, went for like 7 months then couldnt afford it + dont really have the time anymore.

Might do some occasional weight lifting at home if i have some time to kill

i work at a gym i do a 5 day split and train jiu jitsu every tuesday and thurday

I do that, except I play football.

If/when I get a car, will start going on weekends. However I will probably start going any when the weather picks up.

Whenever you feel its right. I started when I was 17.. Personally, I wish I had started earlier. Just whenever you want to.

Just take it easy when you first start, let your body ease into it. Then just go with it!

Not at all.. Alot of people lose weight, then start training weights. Nothing wrong whatsoever with that.

Only the same as bulking up, putting on weight then cutting down to make yourself look defined.

I started lifting in 8th grade im a senior now. Weigh about 190 changes slightly every day. Ill usually lift 6 days a week with cardio thrown in all over the place. At least twice a week. I do core everyday. I love lifting, once you get into it, its most definitely an addiction.

Good progress man!

I couldn't agree any more with that you said about when you get into it.

You develop your own motivation to push yourself and want to keep going. When you wake up and you're exited about going to the gym that day, that's when you know you've done well.

Just got to stick to it and keep going through the ups and downs!

I go occasionally. Once I can drive, I'll go most likely everyday.

Right now, i do things around the house. Like 60 pushups a day, sit-ups, squat thrusts, etc.

Btw, I am 15 and started going at 13. No age is really a "good" age to start. If you keep asking yourself that, you'll never know when it's good to start :p
