I take a photo using snap matic on the phone on gta v and then I press to upload and it come up with a message saying ' snapmatic features are currently disabled on this account due to eligibility restrictions' does anyone know what that means and is there a way around it to get it to work again? Many thanks

Sounds like they have disabled the feature for your account. On that social club account, have you ever disobeyed the Snap Matic TOS? Or the GTA V/Online TOS in any way, shape, or form?

Yeah I've been banned a few time from gta online
