Xbox360 and PS3 has not been confirmed. If it comes ever it may be after release or they just haven't released details about the Xbox360/PS3. As it looks now they may not be released for the recent generation consoles.

Microsoft are closing the xbox 360 servers next year anyway so i doubt they would bring the game out. They want every one to move to next gen.

If it was beta access only for next gen you would be able to preorder black ops 3 right now for previous gen and not recieve a beta code lol but thats not the case.
