I can also provide my Time and Effort once I get Staff. I will also bring Peacefulness where other players aren't arguing back and forth in chat. I will resolve any issue that comes my way. I will provide fairness also. All players will be treated the exact same. There will not be any sort of Abuse from me. I am also very easy to get a long with and love to meet new people and make new Friends. I can also punish players fairly if they do not abide by the Rules. This was a delightful experience and I got to teach several young players and guide them with their staff journey until the owners friend got on, he was OP, and deleted everything I worked on so I sent in my resignation for my leave to be effective immediately. I have also been a mod on a few other server, but over time I realized that the servers where going downhill and I decided I would leave because the ownership was corrupt in one and the owner was just really never on the second one.

What can I bring to the server you ask? I can bring several things that range from knowledge and experience to just my sense of humor! I attempt to bring whatever is needed!
First off, I believe I have knowledge that I am capable of sharing with possible fellow staff members and players. I believe I will be able to guide those in need. This may range from staff to the new players that are commonly refereed to as newbies. Being an experienced staff member I believe other/younger staff will need help every now and then. They may be unsure of a punishment or how to act during a situation and I would be ready to help them at any time. I believe that the players happiness is much more important than what I am doing unless it breaks the guidelines/rules set. I have encountered many times where a younger staff member has needed assistance because they did not know how to handle the situation properly and to be honest, he was a little immature about it.
Furthermore, I believe that I could help in all parts of the server. It may range from builder all the way to customer experience. I previously worked at a grocery store named King Soopers, also known as Kroger, and I got to have some experience in the customer service desk. This helped me with several things such as patience and being aware of how I may come off to the customer. I learned to take the customers needs and place them before mine and such. I firmly believe I can bring this real life experience and implement it into Minecraft to furthermore help the players and fellow staff.
Last off, While I love doing my job as a staff member I like to have fun as well. No one likes a server where they get punished for trying to have fun with a player/fellow staff member. I am fully capable of having humor while still doing my job to the best of my abilities.(King Soopers once again helped me with this) During my time in King Soopers I would get customers that were sad and some that were heated/angry and over time I learned how to cheer them up and make their experience with us as good as possible. As everyone knows the check out experience can be either the most awkward time in the store or the most stale/boring time in the store. No one wants to be there and neither do I, but you know what we must do it so let's make the best of it! If I could implement this while being a staff member on the server I believe this would be extraordinary and increase the number of returning players.
In conclusion, I believe I could bring several thing that could help the server excel and grow. All of the previous things are crucial for a staff member to hold.

I value the players experience more than my own which is crucial when attempting to have a successful server. Along with that I can handle stress very well through my vast experience of dealing with it. After I graduate High School I plan to enlist in the United States Marine Corps or go to college and go into OCS and enter the USMC as a 2nd Lt. During my High School time I went through a program called JROTC(Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps) which put a lot of stress on us and attempted to prepare us for combat of course, but at my most recent school they did not have this program so since then I have not been in JROTC.

5.) Past experience (Be truthful) - I have been staff on a few of my friends server and I had a admin position on NameYourServerHereCraft, a 30 slot public server hosted by CreeperHost in the UK. It was successful and had alot of players per day, but I didn't like the way the owners were treating the problems (letting the the staff members do all the work and then having them take all the credit) and I didn't like the fact that the chose the worst staff members possible, almost of all of them corrupt. I was also a Mod on ExampleCraft, a small 15 slot which usually had 9 users on avg. and 1-2 staff on at one time. It was a fun community but was shut down do to lake of time and lack of good staff (most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server growing)

10.) Why should we choose you? I love the minecraft community, even though it is harsh at times and I am harsh at it sometimes, but I still enjoy helping it. I like building creations for the good of the community and for my own enjoyment. I don't rage, if I were to leave, I would say my goodbyes and demote myself, not blow the server up first, and I see myself as a good member of your team.

I nearly never get angry with anyone, and instead deal with it how it should be dealt with. I tend to have a very playful and memorable attitude and, in my experience, that attitude creates an environment in which people are more willing to cooperate and strive to enjoy themselves. I tend to come across as extremely motherly and caring, and that's because I honestly do wish the best for everyone and hope to aid them in all areas. I'm quick to warn and correct, but always retain a polite attitude, even when the situation remains unchanged after a warning. The only thing that may hinder me from being a good mod is that I can't stand discussion about politics or religion, and may jump at that. Otherwise, I'm very creative and organized and love to spend extra time keeping everything neat and manageable. I'm a very active player and have been on over 12 hours a day since I joined, disregarding the two days that I had no access to a computer.

12) What can you bring to our server (150 words)
I would focus on maintaining the peace, assisting players in making their ideas reality, and keeping everyone active and entertained. I hate seeing people complain about being bored, and that's easily fixable by conversing with them or suggesting a new idea. I would keep the peace by reminding people of the rules before any situation became too big of a deal, and caring for everyone involved, newbie or veteran.

We have not released our server yet, but we are going to get a youtuber with 1.9 Million to do a video on our server, release is in around 3 months due to our $2,250 Plugin being made. We have a staff team of around 15 members.
