Wards wrote People prefer the old generation of Call of Duty such as WaW2, MW2, Cod4, it was much cleaner, chill and so much fun than the future games like Ghosts, AW, Titanfall, it's just ruined now.

I'm glad they announced Black Ops 3 as that was one of the best call of dutys out

Those times were when COD was incredibly enjoyable. With all of the new futuristic shit in the new CODs it is much more complicated than the simpler WAW genre CODs.

I'm gonna hijack this post for a minute. I agree with your main point. I don't get how people are getting upset about the futuristic games. Almost all of these judgments are before the game is even release, or everything at this point is speculation.

Most of this rant can be explained by this graphic..

For example in Black Ops 3 people are making a fuss about the possibilities of EXO suites. Why is this a big deal? This was a big change for Call of Duty Multiplayer.

You can't say that the videogame market isn't over-saturated with futuristic games.

The point that people Hate Futuristic Call of Duty's is that Call of Duty was never meant to be Futuristic there was always Halo, but then Activision got Greedy and tried to attract all the Halo players for the futuristic aspect but also they increased map size in Ghosts because they wanted all the Battlefield players and look that that went, it's going to be the same every year, them making new Call of Duty's to attract a different audience.

Cycle seems a tad broken, stopped doing the top 3 since Ghosts, and never done the bottom two pre-Ghosts.

The only reason people hate futuristic games including myself is because we haven't entered that kind of era yet. Yes technology has gotten alot bigger but having things like robots as enemies just takes it too far.

Rin wrote I like how CoD fans have been complaining about how every CoD has been the same and when it has actually changed, they want to go back to the "MW2 Days".

Basically CoD community "We Want Change", Exo-suits come out, "We want old CoD back!!"

I personally love Advanced Warfare its nice to see change

that totally depends on what YOUR definition of change is. in my opinions, AW is the exact same recipe they have been doing over and over but with exo suites, double jump, random unnecessary features.

when i say change... i don't mean more stupid features like thrusters. i mean i want to see improvements. the gunplay... unrealistic, it's too much like your firing some nerf guns.

i want too see some more solid material, well created weapons, sounds, etc. which actually look and feel war worthy.

i can't possibly make a game better than them, all i'm saying is. i would like too see more realism.

COD Takes barely any skill and it's basically a twitch shooter, no strategy at all.
