ok so i am building another pc to replace my old one, my budget is £1000 or slightly over. If i had to choose parts to keep i would say the gpu, ssd and mobo and the rest i was just looking for parts that would work with it. oh and i want to keep noise level to a minimum even if that means going over budget.

quite a bit over, but your spending 1000 Pound on it so im sure you can afford a little extra.

Nice looking, quiet build. The G1 version of the GTX 970 i hear is one of the quietest if not the quietest 970's under load.

If you can't afford the extra get 1x4GB of ram for now and add another asap.

In the future SLI the 970's.

Overclock the 4690k

Pretty much same performance, less upgradable, not as good looking and you can't overclock.

£10 over but looks baller af. Can overclock if you wish, but no need to. Nice and colour matching. Define R5 is meant to be great for silence. You could also get an H440 in white/black if you prefer that. I have an H440 and it's a good case. I can still slightly hear my fans and HDD, but my PC is sitting right next to me, and I have 6 fans running full speed so that's not a surprise.
