So a couple of days ago i went to turn on my computer and then windows start up repair, i thought nothing of it so I let it do its thing but now everytime i start up my computer it makes me go through start up repair. Im running on windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit if that matters, any help would be appreciated.

Are you restarting it instead of shutting it down ? try shutting it down and then back on

Whenever i shut it down and try to turn it back on windows starts to load but then the computer restarts and prompts me to run Windows Start Up Repair

Sounds like you have the Win7 Disk in your Drive and it has priority boot. Change that in your BIOS so your harddrive goes first. And, just over all, put the Win7Disk up.
