Hey, I used to be active on this site a few years back but I got very caught up with studying and other personal matters which stopped me coming on here but hopefully now I'll be back here for a while.
Anyway, getting to the point, this is a logo I made for a company me and my friend are starting up and it would be great to get some feedback from everyone to see how it could be improved. Although ratings are appreciated I would much rather know what areas you like and dislike as this is much more useful to me.
I've added a few variants to the logo which just add more text.

They are not to bad man !
i personally feel the first one is better, in my eyes a logo is something basic that draws attention in, and then you can feed then emails/numbers ETC.
Also for the second and third i would personally remove the emboss effect.
But thats just my personal opinion,
Take that away from number 2 and then its very good indeed !
Nice clean work.
Keep it up.

Thank you for the feedback, the second and third ones are just possible variants to go on business cards etc.
I do agree with you on the embossing when digital but when they are printed i found the effect to look better than without it. Like you said, it all comes down to personal preference but I'm happy that you like the overall product.
