Okay, you WON'T be able to max games out, buy peripherals, record, stream and play heavy games on these $600 builds.
All I see is people with low budgets trying to record and shit, it won't work.

Recent cards do h.264 encoding with almost no performance hit, so they can easily record or stream. Nobody is expecting budget builds to max demanding games at high FPS and resolution.

Will easily max almost everything on a single 1080p panel. Could even make it cheaper, or fit an SSD in and stay within budget.
I've just seen a fair amount of bullshit posts from you talking shit, stop it. Oh, and if someone has a budget, then that's the maximum they can spend. Don't recommend that they spend more, not everyone can do that. You don't tell someone who's thinking about buying a Honda Civic to just get a Ferrari, do you? No.

lol my brother has a cheap rig and he manages to record fine just not as fast as $1,000 or $2,000 rigs so you've just made a completely pointless post and you have screwed yourself over
