I have a 64GB usb stick and want to format it to FAT32 to use for PS3. When i go to format the usb I only get exFAT and NTFS. I believe you can't format usb stick that have more than 32 gb from other websites but I was wondering if there is any program to format it for me as windows 7 won't allow me to?
