i dont know how to hange the cpu to a bin file instead of a txt file

When you go to save the document, at the bottom of the window click the pop up selection list and choose 'All Files'. Now remove the '.txt' and put '.bin'

Try booting without any plugins, do this by powering your console on, then pressing the eject button within a couple of seconds. This should disable all dashlaunch plugins so you can edit your cpukey and what not.
