No at the moment the only way to mod clash of clans is through a modded server such as changing the DNS or the iFinder way with a Jailbroken device

no because clash of clans is server based, unless you mod it offline

Like they said there isent any mods for this game I mean I don't see why people just play the game and have fun im level 97 TH 9 and I still love the game...

There's 2 apps you can use xmodgame which keeps active and attack offline and there's autotouch, with auto touch is can record where you have pressed in your screen and scripts which you can get to allow you to train troops and attack without being on your phone, for example I can leave my phone on coc for hours on end and it will just keep a constant cycle of training troops and attacking in raids over and over
