this is basically spot on imo

Our current team will not get us anywhere it is very average at best. Delph is horrendous I can think of at least 5 players who should be starting over him.

I honestly don't rate Roy as a manager at all either. If it was my choice I would have Glenn Hoddle as manager, the guy speaks good sense and knows his football and I genuinely can't think of anyone who could do better.

A lot of English players seem to have lost passion. Playing for England just seems like another day at work for them!

Saying all this I do think our team will be better for the next world cup. We have some talented young players but I suppose it all depends on what happens for their club. Young players need to start realising that money isn't everything and going to a big club will 9 times out of 10 ruin your career.

If the England squad needs to get better they need a better way of giving players game time, at the moment as soon as a player looks good and is english the put an astronimcal price on his head and then he is under too much pressure to perform and doesnt live upto expectation, hes labelled a flop and then it goes onto another player, just a conveyor belt of dissapointment
