I love hunting. I deer, turkey, and rabbit hunt every year. I run my raccoon dogs as well because they are a pest around here, they get in the garbage and try to attack my pups. Once a year we go out to Colorado and hunt elk which is the best experience ever. The thrill of calling in a mammoth bull is something you can only dream of. We hunt wild boar in Georgia from time to time. Oh and before anyone says anything every animal (except the coons) is used to the fullest. The deer we have sent to be processed and request the bones for the hunting dogs we raise, the turkeys i donate to a local DNR camp which processes them and gives them out on Thanksgiving, and the rabbits make a great stew, the bones are saved for the pups. The elk we get processed and send the skin and fat to the Southern Ute tribe reservation which they use the skin and etc to make Teepee's and clothing. The boars are a public hazard and so the Georgia DNR actually comes and picks them up. What people do not realize is hunters fork out 94% of the cost to keep our state parks and reservations going. Most animals that are game animals are not defenseless animals that arent doing anything wrong. Over-population ruins crop, ecosystems, and irrigation and can cause farmers to shut down shop if not corrected. People who poach are the ones you guys should be complaining about, not hunters who pay for their right to hunt, and actually do the right thing.
aye men brotha people make the hunters sound terrible but I bet they goto walmae
Wal-Mart and get cow they are butchered hunters give a swift kill if it's a clean shot and deer can really do some damage to crops if not managed

I've hunted a few times. I live in Wisconsin so the forests are big and the resources are plenty. I love duck hunting and bow hunting.

I always wanted to go hunting , but never invested into some nice equipment . I live in GA so it shouldn't be hard to find deer at all. I will put it on my bucket list for sure.
