Hey im looking for a good graphics card for gaming and i want to spend as least money as possible and i cant decide on these 2 or if there are any other good ones for 200 or below

$200 is R9 285 money. Out-performs 270x and GTX 960. 960 is more effective but a bit more costly. You can pick up a 960 for $200 so it's up to you if you'd prefer a 960 or 285, but either will be fine. Both will pretty much max everything you throw at it @ 1080p.
