So me being the stupid person i am spilled powered into my xbox. I opened it up to clean it off. But in the process i think i broke something. When i try to connect to live it tells me i need to send it in for repairs. Well my question is, will Microsoft accept the repair since i was the one who damaged the product? And if they do how long is the process?

I would contact Xbox support and see if they will fix it: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

It does say though that if you open your Xbox One that it voids the warranty.

Just to confirm, you did open your Xbox?

If you send an Xbox in that has been opened, they will send it back as it voids the warranty exactly like Mark stated above.
