I have been trying all day now to install Windows 8.1 but I keep getting a message saying that it couldn't be installed can someone help me please that would be appreciated a lot honestly I'll even rep.

Actually got it downloading now it was saying that Windows 8.1 couldn't be installed and to try again turned off my firewall and now its working fine.
