Hey im looking at two different cards and one of them is 2gb and 1280mhz core clock and the other is 4gb vram and 1080mhz core the rest of thre specs are practly the same and I wanna know which Is best for gaming

Core clocks are irrelevant, it's the architecture of the chip that counts.

Could you list the Makes / Models of that crads please.

VRAM is also irrelevant above 2GB if you game at 1080p.

From what I can find,

Is this 1 750Ti vs a 970 i wonder?

its a GeForce GT 740 4GB and GeForce GTX 750 2GB FTW

I knew it was going to be a GT 740. GT 750 is better than the 740. The extra VRAM on the 740 is for business type situations where multiple monitors are required. However, you can usually find an R9 270 for the same price as a GTX 750 and the 270 is going to out-perform it.
