I have an iPhone 4 that is disabled cause of the passcode. can somebody tell me how to bypass this or drop a link that can help me? It will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You can not bypass it, you have to restore it with iTunes and it does erase all the information on it/.

Yes. If you do not have the information to the other iCloud account, then you essentially have a shiny paper weight.
