I try a few of these and some help me and some didn't.
1. Restart your Xbox -
2. Clear your cache by going to your memory and pushing Y -
3. Go to your memory and Delete the Title update then load up GTA -
4. Re download the Update -
5. Reboot your internet -
6. Keep trying to reconnect to the servers -
7. Hold the power button on your Xbox -
8. Do step 4 and 3 then try to load GTA -
Hope this helps, Remember these are not in order just some ways to get online again. Also Note: I did Step 8 to get my Gta working again I would try that.

There should be only 1 Update that is called Grand Theft Auto V Title Update (122mb) or something.
