Hey guys, I've started a career with Preston North End in league 1. I wanted to make a few changes so I brought in several players on a free transfers. One player I managed to get was Guly Do Prado. Who you may remember played for Southampton for the past 5 seasons. The problem I have is that he doesn't have a work permit. Why is that when he has played in England for the past 5 seasons?
