So I'm looking to build a computer (obviously) which I intend to use for
Photoshop
Video Editing
Basic gaming
and Netflix
I need to be able to run multiple monitors and be able to use photoshop and a video editing program similar to sony vegas or adobe AE simultaneously
budget: around $560 would be prefered but there's wiggle room
should I order parts online or from an electronics store?
what parts would I need?
Will I be able to upgrade this computer at any time? (for things like hardware improvements)
Do you need a monitor? no
Do you need a keyboard? no
Do you need a mouse? no
Do you need an operating system? probably

Depends on how much you have to spend on a rig. You could build a basic rig for $500 that'll do everything you need, or you could spend $1k+ for a rig that'll do what you require much, much better. It's not about how much it'll cost you, you need to give us a budget to work with and we will give you the best rig you can get within budget.
Depends on your IQ. If you have a single digit IQ, it'd probably be difficult. Otherwise, it's fairly simple. Parts only go in a certain way and you won't o any damage unless you're stupid.
In regards to what? I mean, you should avoid angry, vicious animals. I don't understand this question?
Up to you. Either is fine.
Depends on your budget. You need a CPU, Mobo, RAM, PSU, case and something for storage to run a PC. A GPU as ell since you're gaming, but they're not needed for a system to run, unless your mobo/CPU doesn't have integrated graphics.
Yes.

Under budget after rebates;

You'll want to add an SSD asap. You'll benefit from upgrading CU as well. A Xeon E3-1231 V3 would be a good upgrade for your editing/rendering. You can upgrade to an i7-4790k and OC if you wish though, yoou will want to add an aftermarket cooler if you do so though.
If you can manage around $586 after rebates, you should get something like this;

Just to clarify
with both of these builds, if I were to buy those things exactly I would have everything I need (besides mouse keyboard and monitor)?

^^^ Forgot to mention that. Get your OS for free. Only scrubs pay for OS. You can get Windows for free easily, or you can use Linux which is free anyway.
