Stop allowing people under 16 to buy energy drinks, you know what would happen? People under 16 would just give money to their older friends so they could go buy it for them. The same thing happens with alcohol and cigarettes.

It really wouldn't stop much at all.

People understand the risks if they drink to much of it in a short amount of time, and they still do it.

I don't believe so because people that go and buy energy drinks already know the risks of drinking them and know how bad they are. Myself i haven't had a energy drink in over 2 years

I love the people that want to ban certain things here in the U.S. Totally going against what this country was founded on.

I don't think they should ban them.

I haven't drank one in months. Quite happy of it because they are very bad health wise.

I don't really think that you can use the argument of it being dangerous in 'excess'.

Simply because, everything is bad for you in excess.
