ok so this dres thing annoy me much ok! the dres is black an blue an i have link to websiyte were u can buy it (u see its black and blue)
I UNDERSTAN! that it ullushon and some pepole will see it like that but FACT it no white an gold.
I see theery aslo that it is actully all brown and it is a gif that change specktrum of color match the retina in ure scope? but that cant be tru
also pepole say it is glich and if you look at the dress at EXACTERLY 12AM you will die??????

It's not a different color for everyone depending on their eyes.
The people who are saying it is white and gold are looking at a completely different picture than those that are saying it is blue and black.
The people who are saying it is gold and white are looking at a manipulated version of the original with the contrast and brightness cranked up.

It's white and gold because there was this test a person has the dress puts it close to the camera and it white and gold but when the person moved the dress back and it appeared black and blue boom

The test you're talking about wasn't just moving the dress closer to the camera.
It was moving a black and blue dress closer to the light.
As I posted above, when you have a black and blue dress and raise the brightness, it looks white and gold.
