Ur now (Lt)Colonel after grade 3 u will be Colonel then grade1,2,3 and then Commander

Actually, Commander will come out first with three grades, then Colonel. Bungie says the next update will all the goodies will come around this month, whenever the public has amassed 117,000,000 daily and weekly challenges completed.
