i uninstalled iTunes and everything to do with apple and re installed it and unchecked the updates part and still get the error trying to go to ios 8.2

Apple wrote Error 3194, Error 17, or "This device isn't eligible for the requested build"
Whatever device that you are trying to update to 8.2, is not eligible for it. The device is too old to be able to support that OS.

Well Im currently on IPhone 5 GSM on 8.1.3 so im sure its compatible its just gives me that error

That is odd. That device is eligible for the upgrade to the beta. Are you sure that you are following the proper tutorial to get iOS 8.2?

I get the same error when trying to do a restore by using [Shift+Restore].
But when when it downloads off of iTunes, it works with no error.
I don't get it, it's weird.
It's probably has something to do with iTunes I think.
Tell me if you find a way to fix the error!
