Is there a way I can get an app from the app store on iphone 5s on my computer and use it on my computer??

You could possibly use an emulator for iOS or Android. I'm sure Android has the exact same game. A good emulator for Android is Bluestacks. But if you need it to be iOS, I'm sure there's a free iOS emulator somewhere. Just google it!
