Im wondering if i should get the gtx 960 because of the price and of the specs of it or just save for a 970/980 got any ideas?

Not sure what case 750 corsair 8gb ddr3 ram. Amd a8 6800k processor OC 4.15GHZ and gigabyte motherboard forgot model

Unless you just have to have an Nvidia product for some reason (Brand specific features maybe?) , there isn't really a reason to get a 960 right now.

The 280x can be found for similar prices ($220, and $199 after MIR for example.) and well outmatches the card. The 960 is made to Compete with the 28X series (280, 280x, 285), but doesn't look to be doing it's job very well.

tl;dr For the price you pay for a 960, you can get a 280x, which will outperform it.

Is it a Mid-Tower, mATX? Also what make and model is the PSU? That is really important, also whats your budget?

Ok i'm guessing the PSU is either a RM or CX series so right now you dont have to upgrade it but I do suggest it in the future. What is your currency?

Im pretty sure my psu is fine im jist not 100% on my processor cause its an apu and it might not be able to keep up
