If not what's a Good pc for Dayz on medium to max settings with 30 FPS 500 and below?

My budgets around 500 down. And I wanna use this pc for gaming on gmod, Dayz standealone, and Dayz mod. And I also wanna be able to stream in good quality. And I want at least 30 fps

No, there's a case in the build I suggested? You buy the components in the PCPP list I suggested and you're good to go.
