File a paypal dispute.
You will %100 get your money back.
Paypal's policy is ****, even if you werent scammed you could still get your money back.

Unless the seller claims it was a virtual item, in that case you're screwed.

Actually if the seller claims it is a virtual item they will screw themselves. They half to prove they sent the goods in a dispute, there is no way to prove you legitimately sent the item when dealing with electronics items. PayPal is on the side of the consumer until given an immoral reason to not to refund the money. I have dealt with many PayPal disputes in the past, some of which were originated from eBay. Trust me, if you are disputing a claim, you want to add in the dispute you were dealing with electronic items. Seeing that OP was, he defiantly should take that route.

That guy on ebay isn't even a trust seller -_-

[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

I wouldn't of have bought from him if I was you, always make sure they are a trusted seller.

He could be legit, but when I buy items online I want to see the trusted seller badge.

Hope you get it soon, and that you didn't get scammed!

Black ops 2 codes DO exist, g2a sell them. Just ecause you didnt get it yet doesnt mean you were scammed god. Give the guy some chance e could of been working all day or hes out getting pissed with it being friday. Give it till tuesday, if you still havent got it then start a case. If theres one way to annoy an ebay user its by starting a csr due to your impatience.

Contact the seller and if they do not respond within 48hours then you can report them for fraud.
