What do you suggest needs to be done?

The camera lens in the center needs more to it....

Take away the minimal basic gloss shine you have and your left with an unusual circular pattern. Also, and the right side of the web page you have an "About" section, but not in the nav bar. The whole idea looks too basic, at best old.

Other than that, Nice unique piece of work!

This is a good idea that was executed badly, the sharp edges just take away from the design so much. the lens need more work and should not be so far down and so big. the space is not used well and the white line boxes are not a good look like. the middle just feels wasted, I wouldn't use white strokes on images and boxes on a dark background,

As a personal thing I wouldn't strike through the active page.

Also this page needs more content or the content needs to be re-sizes and arranged and worked into something that looks a lot more like a site.
