Wow this actually worked for me! First try I got a KF5 Spanner, second try got enlisted stuff because I didn't completely restart my xbox one, and the third try I got an elite SAC3 - Pain and Suffering and elite boots lol. Thanks man

That's sick man!! Glad this helped, also yes - it appears that most users are getting more joy when they re-click and hold the power button for a full re-set, maybe this is a key factor when using this method, who knows haha! Thank's for the feedback and attempting this anyway!!

I tried this glitch on the Xbox 360, Luckily I got a supply drop at the same time I was watching the video.
I opened the supply drop and restarted my console and I got no elite items. MK14 - Deluxe which is Enlisted and the AMR9 - Paratrooper which is also enlisted
